The apartment is well illuminated through many windows and a glass door that faces on the terrace with table, chairs and plants, where it is possible to have breakfast in the morning under the shadow of a big awning and have dinner, in the evening, enjoying the famous Roman fresh breeze called "Ponentino".

At the moment of the reservation (con un modulo via e-mail da noi fornito) an advance payment of 30% of the total cost of rent is due, the remaining 70% will be paid at the moment of the delivery of the keys after having taken vision of the House. At the delivery of the keys a $ 100 caution will be paid and it will be given back the last day after having checked eventual damages to the house
